Tradition is tradition. And in the Murray household that means slipping on ridiculous Christmas themed attire as Britain’s favourite tennis family celebrate the holiday season together.

Last year Andy Murray showed off his increasingly apparent dead-pan humour along with a nifty Christmas jumper, but it’s quite possible he and his brother Jamie outdone themselves this time around.

Mum Judy tweeted a photo of her two boys opening their presents in two of the most stunning Christmas tops you could ever hope to find.

It’s also heartening to see that books are an acceptable present to give someone even when they are a multimillionaire and one of the greatest Scottish sport stars of all time.

The pair would then shed their Xmas attire for a picture wearing the away strips of Arsenal and Manchester United which, again, follows on from what they did last year.
