Groove Loch Ness set to return in 2016

The one-day festival, whose inaugural edition took place on August 22, saw big names from the dance music scene descend on Loch Ness, including 2 many djs and Groove Armada, alongside a number of local artists from across the Highlands and wider Scotland area.
Following the success of its debut, organisers are planning a follow-up for August 20 2016.

Hide AdGroove Loch Ness spokesman Dougie Brown said: “Without doubt we have one of the most stunning festival locations anywhere in the world and the party atmosphere proved we also have probably the best audience too.
“The feedback we have received from both the festival goers and DJs performing has been incredible and we look forward to unveiling our plans for 2016 in the coming months.”
The self-titled “nightclub under stars” event at Clune Farm is the first music festival to take place on the banks of Loch Ness since Basement Jaxx headlined Rockness in 2013, with following annual editions of the festival being cancelled.
Tickets are on sale from 10:00 am on Friday September 25 and are available online from www.groovelochness.co.uk
