Flyover comes down as works for new Forth crossing continue

Traffic was diverted over the B800 at South Queensferry as work to demolish a bridge over the A90 was completed.

Removal of the flyover is part of wider alterations to the road network ahead of the opening of the new Forth bridge, which will be known as the Queensferry Crossing. The consortium building the bridge has said it remains within its £1.4bn budget and is on schedule for completion in December 2016.
