Founder and designer Lauren Moss will make the donation to support the annual campaign to raise awareness of the disease and the issues surrounding research.

Edinburgh-based Lauren said: “It’s a pleasure to be able to do something to make a difference through our brand and to support such a great cause.

“And of course it’s fabulous to be able to do it with our hot pink tees and shorts, what better way given that October will be turning PINK again this year! Keeping fit and healthy is at the heart of what we do but it is important to always support those causes which can change people’s lives so much.”

Lauren and brand ambassadors Kristie Edwards, sprinter, Joe Hobson, decathlete, and Conor Kidner, elite rugby player, will all be supporting the vivimoss breast cancer awareness campaign throughout the month.

During October vivimoss will donate 20 per cent of the sale price from their gorgeous ladies Freedom shorts. With a small front pocket in the waistband for valuables these live up to billing, giving freedom to exercise with high stretch fabric, elasticated drawstring and waistband.

Both the Freedom shorts and the Stay Fresh ladies vest are in a specially created super soft wicking material with a built-in high level of breathability.

And for the month of October this glorious hot pink combo will contribute to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer charities.

Lauren added: “The team and I can’t wait to support this incredible awareness campaign. Just watch out on social media to see what we get up to! It will be a pleasure for our new label to be able to help make a difference.”

Inspired by her love of the outdoors and keeping fit, Lauren Moss decided to leave a successful career in the financial services sector and launch her fitness range, vivimoss, after taking up the demanding pursuit of CrossFit.
