The firm’s first foray into the Glasgow office market will be on Clydesdale Business Park to the west of the city where it has been appointed as joint agent at Erskine House – a 20,000sq ft former Forestry Commission building.

It is also set to market Rannoch House in Dunfermline, a 6,000sq ft Victorian villa, which has recently received planning consent for a change of use to a children’s nursery.

IME Property managing director Iain Mercer said the company had enjoyed a “robust” end to 2015 with the geographic push in the new year set to further boost business.

“Our clients’ properties are being found by people from all over the UK and our team is excelling in converting these leads into deals,” he added.

The IME name was founded in 1989 by Ian McDonald.
