‘Attempted murder’ of man in Glasgow stab attack
A MAN is being treated in hospital after he was stabbed in a city street in an attempted murder.
Police were called to the scene in Carmichael Place in the Battlefield area of Glasgow at about 9.40pm yesterday following a report a man had been injured in a close.
The 55-year-old victim was taken to the city’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where his condition is described as stable.
Police are treating the incident as attempted murder and inquiries are continuing.
