Hide AdIndie heroes Kaiser Chiefs will play an exclusive set as part of the Royal Albert Home sessions, supporting the Royal Albert Hall while the venue remains closed. The Leeds band have had a string of anthemic hits such as Oh My God, I Predict A Riot, Everyday I Love You Less and Less, Never Miss A Beat and Hole In My Soul.
The band have released seven original studio albums which includes their Mercury nominated debut Employment, number one follow up Yours Truly, Angry Mob, chart-topping Education, Education, Education, War and their most recent acclaimed album Duck. The band said in a statement: “We were very pleased to be asked to take part in the series of gigs to help keep this historic venue alive while they can’t open to the public in the traditional way. We first played the Hall as a support band back in 2005 and hopefully we can return there when all this is over. Obviously we can’t be together at the moment, but we’ll be doing our best to turn our spare rooms into stages. And look forward to seeing you there.”

The two-day live-streamed metal and art event will feature previously unseen performances, cover song collaborations, commissioned music, guest appearances and art installations. The line-up includes TesseracT,Darkest Hour, Twelve Foot Ninja and plenty more besides.

4 DEAR CLASS OF 2020
June 6, from 8pm BST
Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys and Kelly Rowland are among the stars performing at this unique event. Dear Class of 2020 is a virtual graduation ceremony hosted by YouTube to celebrate all the American students graduating this year - but anyone from around the world is welcome to join in. Headline speakers at the event are former President of the United States Barak Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
