Zimbaweans are driven to drink

Sales of beer have surged by 50 per cent in Zimbabwe over the past year amid daily power cuts and water supply disruption.

Health officials said locals are also drinking illegal brews made from potatoes, rags, rotting veg and sugar. One such brew is known as Take Me Quick.
