Your chance to brush-up on Colourist

WORKS by Edinburgh-born artist FCB Cadell are to feature in a major exhibition at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.

The Dean Gallery will host a retrospective of the work of Cadell - one of the four artists popularly known as the Scottish Colourists - next autumn.

The exhibition will be the first retrospective exhibition of his work ever mounted at a public gallery.

The show will be made up of around 70 paintings from public and private collections, including his renowned paintings of New Town interiors.
