Worker buried in rail tunnel rock fall

A MAJOR rail artery between central Europe and Italy will be shut for about a month after rocks crashed on to the line in the Alpine Gotthard tunnel, in the Swiss Alps, burying a construction worker.

The 29-year-old worker was buried on Tuesday.
