Ukraine government row rumbles on

Ukraine’s acting first deputy prime minister, Valery Khoroshkovsky, resigned from the interim government yesterday in protest at prime minister Mykola Azarov’s appointment for a second term.

In a move that may indicate a rift among president Viktor Yanukovich’s supporters, Mr Khoroshkovsky added his voice to protests from the opposition.
