Two arrested in holy relic trafficking

POLICE in the Greek city of Thessaloniki have arrested a Swiss man and a Greek Orthodox deacon for trafficking in what they said were holy relics.

The man was arrested at Thessaloniki airport carrying saints' remains. Police seized 197 bone fragments and three skulls labelled with names of well-known saints.
