Terrorism suspects plead not guilty

Eleven men suspected of links to al-Qaeda pleaded not guilty yesterday to terrorism charges related to an alleged plot to attack the US Embassy and shopping malls in Jordan.

It is the first major plot linked to al-Qaeda since a hotel bombing in the capital Amman that killed 60 people in 2005.
