Russian adoptions to US stay frozen

ALL adoptions to the United States will remain suspended until a new agreement is negotiated, which could take up to two months, the Kremlin's children's rights ombudsman said yesterday.

Russia froze US adoptions last week after an eight-year-old boy was put on a plane to Russia by his adoptive American mother who said she no longer wanted him.
