Right–wing posters to stay on display

A BERLIN court has ruled that state election campaign posters for the far-right National Democratic Party may remain on display.

One of the posters shows caricatures of Muslim immigrants on a flying carpet with the slogan “have a nice flight home”.

The city’s multicultural Kreuzberg district had ordered the posters taken down, saying they violated German incitement laws.
