Reconciliation plea for Balkan MPs

bridging ethnic divides and integration with Europe are the key to stability in the Balkans, United Nations chief Ban 
Ki-moon said yesterday.

“We have to deactivate tensions and distrust through dialogue and reconciliation,” he told MPs in Slovenia.
