Rare wild bison may be killed over TB

A HERD of 25 wild European bison infected with TB should be killed to prevent the disease from spreading to other herds in Poland, officials have said.

A panel of 18 experts is to ask the authorities for permission to kill the rare wild animals in the Bieszczady mountains.
