Police hold man over Kosovo war crimes

A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of committing war crimes during the Kosovo conflict.

An EU police spokeswoman said the crimes allegedly took place between April and June 1999. Local media identified the man as Sabit Geci, a member of the ethnic Albanian rebel Kosovo Liberation Army.
