Mourners gather for Ghana funeral

World leaders and mourners gathered yesterday for the funeral of Ghana’s late president.

John Atta Mills died last month at the age of 68, five months before he was due to stand for re-election. Yesterday, Ghanaians paid their respects as his body lay in state.
