Prince Alwaleed bin Talal said that he is currently scouting locations around the world for the proposed 1600 metre tall building, which would be the tallest in the world. The prince is looking to partner with Dubai real estate giant Emaar for the project.
Alalweed told Reuters: “I am now inviting the major cities of the world like Shanghai, Moscow, New York, London and regional cities in the Middle East to come and give their offers.” He added that government support and tax incentives would be important in deciding the tower’s location.
