MEPs flagging over upside down error

An upside-down Union Flag revived calls for MEPs to abandon their Strasbourg meetings and meet only in Brussels.

Labour MEPs yesterday said it was just another reason to give up the so-called “travelling circus” which obliges MEPs to meet in Strasbourg and Brussels.
