Four die as train hits camper van

A COLLISION between a freight train and a camper van in Saskatchewan, Canada, has left three children and a woman dead and two others injured.

The van was being driven by a 15-year-old boy, who had serious injuries.

King says it is legal in Saskatchewan for a 15-year-old to drive if they have a learner’s permit and an adult in the vehicle.
