Female PMs launch exchange scheme

The first female prime ministers of Australia and Thailand have announced that MPs will begin an exchange programme to promote women in politics. Julia Gillard told a lunch in honour of Yingluck Shinawatra: “We want other women to feel the same sense of possibility that we have felt.”
