Elephant charges car in South Africa national park

TWO tourists visiting South Africa’s flagship Kruger National Park were taken to hospital after an elephant charged their car and overturned the vehicle, park officials said.

An emergency medical team was dispatched by helicopter to the scene yesterday in the vast park. A Polish man suffered broken ribs, while a Chinese woman had no major injuries.
