Corruption warning to Congress party

Activist Anna Hazare, 74, who recently led India’s largest street protests in decades, has said he plans a hunger strike against the ruling Congress party if an anti-corruption law is not quickly passed.

He said he would campaign against Congress before an election next year in Uttar Pradesh if the government did not approve his proposals.
