City offers cash and toys in gun amnesty

Mexico City is offering cash, toys and computer equipment in exchange for guns in a suburb where a ten-year-old boy was killed by a stray bullet as he sat inside a cinema last month.

Residents had turned in 27 rifles and 65 pistols so far, officials said.
