Brother’s peace plea to FARC leader

The brother of Colombia’s FARC guerrilla leader has appealed for him to present his political proposals and bring an end to nearly five decades of war.

Roberto Saenz, brother of Marxist rebel Guillermo Saenz, is running for a third term as a Bogota city councillor and has served as Colombia’s representative to the UN.
