Somalia’s Islamist al Shabaab militants, who have used Twitter to announce assassinations and bombings, are using the social media site again, two weeks after the group’s account was suspended.

Al Shabaab’s previous official Twitter account was suspended on 24 January, days after the group used the site to threaten to kill two Kenyan hostages.
