32 killed, 24 injured in truck-bus crash in north-east China

A HEAD-ON collision between a truck and bus in north-east China killed 32 people and injured another 24 yesterday.

The accident happened on a section of motorway undergoing maintenance in Fuxin City, the official Xinhua News Agency said. The truck was travelling on the wrong side of the road when it ploughed into the bus head-on, bursting into flames on impact.
