World sounds out Capital

A RANGE of world music will be showcased at the annual One World peace concert.

The full line-up for the event, the flagship performance in the International Festival of Middle Eastern Spirituality and Peace, has been announced by organisers.

It is taking place at the Queen's Hall on Clerk Street on February 10 and among the performances will be African music and dance from Waa Sylla, Indian classical dance from Mehul Garg and Senegalese music from Diwan.

The festival is now in its fourth year and runs from February 7 until March 11 at a range of venues across the city.
