Works close access route

AN ACCESS road in East Lothian has been temporarily closed for resurfacing works.

Work to the carriageway on the Macmerry Industrial Estate access road, from its junction with the A199, got under way yesterday and will take around a week to complete, weather permitting.

A traffic and pedestrian management system has been installed and diversion routes set up for temporary change of access to some of the industrial units.
