Workers 'unaware of employment rights'

MOST workers were not aware of their employment rights, putting them at risk of unfair treatment, according to a survey by Which? Legal Service.

It revealed 6 per cent were made redundant in the past two years, while one in ten had their pay frozen. Seven in ten didn't know how much redundancy pay they were entitled to.
