Woodworkers will get crafty for contest

WOODWORK and joinery apprentices from all over the country will be heading to the Capital on Saturday.

The 2010 Scottish Association of Timber Trade Teachers Craft Competition is being held at Telford College.

Taking place alongside the association's AGM, the competition, which has been running since 1984, will see apprentices from more than 20 colleges compete for the title of the SATTT Apprentice Winner 2010.
