Women rob man after fall in street

TWO women robbed a man they were pretending to help after he fell over in the street, police said.

Fife police are looking for witnesses to the robbery in Glenrothes on Friday evening.

The 58-year-old man was walking on Broom Road when he fell to the ground and injured himself.

Two women approached him, pretended to help and robbed him, police said.

They then made off in the direction of Rimbleton Primary School.

The first woman is described as around 40 years old, with blonde hair and wearing a cream cardigan-style jacket and jeans.

The second woman is described as around 20 years old, with dark hair and wearing a red cardigan with a grey top.
