Woman tried to sell baby for £35,000

A WOMAN has been jailed for seven years for trying to sell her baby for £35,000.

The 29-year-old, from London, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was preparing to conclude the sale of her 11-month-old daughter at a hotel when she was arrested by police. Two reporters had been posing as the couple who wanted to buy the little girl.
