Woman scarred for life after assault

A WOMAN is likely to be scarred for life after suffering facial injuries when she was attacked with a knife and indecently assaulted.

Police said she was treated in hospital following the incident in Hamilton at the weekend.

The 28-year-old woman was attacked after she got off a bus on Burnbank Road at 9pm on Saturday.
