Woman in hospital after alleged attack

A WOMAN was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious injuries after an alleged attack in Fraserburgh.

Police said they had received a report of an assault at a flat in Hamilton Road at 7am yesterday, and a man aged 43 was helping them with their inquiries.
