White Christmas odds cut to 3/1 for Edinburgh

Bookies have cut the odds on a white Christmas in the Capital after a rush of bets this morning.

Odds were today slashed to 3/1 from 7/2 in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen.

William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams said: “The first snow on the ground is always the catalyst for a White Christmas gamble and we will be sweating on the result come the 25th.”
