Wheeler in Seafield row

THE city's former transport leader Phil Wheeler has been criticised for failing to ask questions about overruns in the cost of the Seafield Roundabout.

Local councillor Ewan Aitken said that then transport convener Phil Wheeler had failed to scrutinise the project – which saw its cost double – after officials said they had not been asked about the financial consequences of the traffic problems.
