Water clear after Moray E coli bug alert

WATER supplies returned to normal yesterday at the three communities on the Moray Firth affected by an E coli alert.

More than 1,000 people in the Burghead, Kinloss and Findhorn areas were warned earlier this week to boil their water before using it for drinking or cooking after "very small" traces of E coli bacteria were discovered in a storage tank.
