Vow after banned football fans charged

POLICE pledged to target potential disorder throughout the new football season, after three men were charged with breaching their banning orders.

Colin Hamblett, 47, Damien Hamblett, 24, and David Ainsworth, 48, all from Bolton, were arrested in the crowd as Bolton Wanderers played Falkirk at the Westfield Stadium at the weekend.

The men had been banned from visiting any city where Bolton were playing away. All three pleaded not guilty at Falkirk Sheriff Court and will face trial in November.
