Vivian is true catwalk star

A FINANCE worker from the Capital is to take to the catwalk to raise funds for breast cancer care.

Vivian Brown, from Portobello, has been chosen as a model for a major charity fashion show later this month.

The 44-year-old, who works for a city investment firm, said she wanted to "give something back" after being struck down by breast cancer herself.

The Breast Cancer Care charity's eighth annual Scottish Fashion Show will be staged in Glasgow's Radisson SAS Hotel on Friday, September 30.

Twenty models have been chosen from across the country to show that, despite their diagnosis of breast cancer, they can still grace a catwalk.
