Or Alex Salmond singing ‘I Want to Break Free’ by Queen?
The good news is, now you can, thanks to the wizardry of Sky News, who have created a video mash-up incorporating a number of iconic songs in a bid to help undecided voters make up their minds.
Okay, that’s not strictly true. It’s actually a promotional trailer for the channel’s referendum day coverage.

Featuring the likes of Alex Salmond, Gordon Brown, Alistair Darling and David Cameron, the video takes words from speeches the politicians have given and turns the individual words into the lyrics of the songs.
Watch as Darling, Cameron and Brown sing along to 2Unlimited’s ‘No Limits’ while Salmond croons along to Englebert Humperdinck standard ‘Please Release Me’.
Cameron’s emphatic cover of Taylor Swift’s ‘We Are Never Ever Ever Getting Back Together’ is nothing short of sheer genius but the entire mash-up is excellent.
Gamechanger.
