Van attack pair guilty

TWO grieving brothers have been found guilty of smashing a van belonging to the new partner of their deceased brother's ex-girlfriend.

Frazer Henderson, 23, and Euan Henderson, 20, of Oxgangs Avenue, Edinburgh, were arrested in Peebles on February 12 this year, after they vandalised a van belonging to Craig Edgar.

Fraser Henderson was fined 335 and ordered to pay 200 compensation to Mr Edgar. Euan Henderson was given 80 hours of community service.
