US: Murder charges for abortion clinic chief

A FORMER abortion clinic operator in Philadelphia has been arraigned on murder charges in the deaths of seven babies and a patient who died of a drug overdose.

Dr Kermit Gosnell was charged with eight counts of murder after a grand jury report.
