Underwear tycoon Mone's marathon target

SCOTS underwear tycoon Michelle Mone is putting in a marathon effort to lose weight.

The Ultimo boss has announced plans to run both the New York and London marathons next year.

And to help her get fit she is following in the footsteps of Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife Samantha.

Mone, who at her heaviest admits to having weighed almost 18 stone, has hired fitness guru Matt Roberts

Roberts' celebrity clients include model Naomi Campbell, Spice Girl Mel C, TV star Amanda Holden, all-girl pop group The Saturdays, comedian Michael McIntyre and actor James Corden.

Mone said: "My fitness is not great at the moment and I know Matt is going to work me hard and it will be tough, but I like setting myself challenges."
