Who wants to lose a million – live on air?

CONTESTANTS could lose £1 million in a new Channel 4 gameshow. Participants are given the sum at the start of the show, which will be broadcast live from a secret location, but the cash will disappear down trapdoors if they fail to answer questions correctly.

The show, provisionally entitled The Drop, is due to air next year.
