Vast majority happy with new-build home

A RECORD nine out of ten people who bought a new-build property are pleased with the quality of their home.

A survey found that 88 per cent of people who bought a new home in 2009 said they were very or fairly satisfied with its overall quality, according to the Home Builders Federation.
