Two years for conman in £2m expat fraud

A BRITISH conman who swindled almost £2 million from expats living in the Dordogne has begun a two-year jail term in France.

Graham Briggs, 55, was convicted last June of cheating well-heeled couples out of their life savings, leaving one family so poor they moved into a caravan.
