Two PCs face court over man’s death

Two constables are being prosecuted for misconduct in public office following the death of a 52-year-old man while under police restraint.

Neil Bowdery and Maurice Leigh are to appear in court over the death of Colin Holt, who died from positional asphyxia at his home in Gillingham, Kent, in August 2010.
